Cleansing Arab society of organized crime.

  • •Fighting protection rackets and money laundering.

Level B: economic warfare.

  • •Establishing a "Tzlatzal – Crime" unit within the task force, which will receive broad powers (similar to the original Tzlatzal unit): powers to obtain information from banks, to activate various bodies such as the Shin Bet and Mossad, to approach foreign ministers and other senior officials directly, to act toward governments around the world, and more.
  • •Full cooperation of the Finance Ministry, the Bank of Israel, bank representatives, the Tax Authority, the Money Laundering Prevention Authority and others.

Level C: community treatment.

  • •Adding protection instructors to all schools in Arab society.
