Leading a regional diplomatic initiative and advancing normalization with Saudi Arabia.
- •We will work to lead a broad regional move together with the United States and the moderate Arab states, which will allow a moderate front to be set up against the extremist forces in the region, led by Iran, a move that will make Israel a central partner in the region.
- •We will advance normalization with Saudi Arabia and deepen security and economic cooperation, chiefly the IMEC plan, an infrastructure and trade project that will bring enormous development and economic prosperity to the entire region.
Ending the fighting on multiple fronts: Gaza, Lebanon and Syria, and preventing Iran from reaching a nuclear weapon.
- •We will work to close the war arenas with security and diplomatic arrangements that will end the endless rounds of war and ensure stability over time.
- •In Gaza we will advance a move to demilitarize the Strip, replace Hamas rule and set up effective enforcement mechanisms with regional and international assistance.
- •In Lebanon we will work with the countries of the region to bring in an international force and strengthen the Lebanese army, to prevent weapons smuggling and Iranian aid and to push Hezbollah away from the border, including removing the long-range missiles.
- •We will arrange an enforcement mechanism against violations that leaves Israel freedom of action if needed.
- •In Syria we will advance a security arrangement that will stop hostile elements from entrenching, prevent the transfer of weapons to Hezbollah and ensure quiet and stability on the northern border.
- •Against Iran, to tip the scales, Israel must be returned to being an influential and leading player.
- •We will rehabilitate the relationship with the US and advance regional cooperation.
- •These alliances will help shape new arrangements from a position of strength that will prevent Iran from reaching a nuclear bomb and reduce the ballistic missile threat.
Stopping annexation, fighting Jewish terror and preventing an explosion in the West Bank.
- •We will work to stop annexation moves in order to keep Israel a Jewish and democratic state.
- •We will halt the establishment of outposts and stop funding outposts and farms that were set up contrary to the law and to security considerations.
- •We will return the powers of managing the territory to the IDF and the Defense Ministry and work to repeal the annexation laws enacted by the current government.
- •We will fight Jewish terror: evacuating violent outposts that create a disproportionate burden on the IDF and make it harder to maintain security in the area.
- •We will lead a policy of zero tolerance for terror, Jewish and Palestinian alike, ensure coordination among the IDF, Shin Bet and the Judea and Samaria District, and allocate budgets and positions to allow effective enforcement.
- •In addition, as part of the efforts to stabilize the territory, we will strengthen security coordination with the Palestinian Authority and help stabilize it as an effective governing body against Palestinian terror organizations.
Fighting terror with a firm hand and strengthening moderate forces.
- •Israel will be prepared to destroy the enemy and remove security threats anywhere and at any time.
- •We will not entrust Israel's security to foreign parties, we will preserve freedom of action and make sure to enforce every violation.
- •Therefore, alongside the use of force, a moderate alternative must be strengthened.
- •In the Palestinian arena, a moderate, stable and effective governing alternative must be advanced and terror organizations fought resolutely.
- •In Lebanon, international involvement should be supported to strengthen the Lebanese government and army against Hezbollah, while setting unequivocal security demands that will push Hezbollah away from the border.
Establishing a state commission of inquiry and rehabilitating the defense establishment.
- •We will work to establish a state commission of inquiry into the events of October 7 and implement its conclusions in full.
- •Its conclusions will allow the start of national rehabilitation, the adjustment of the defense budget and the IDF's force build-up according to the conclusions, and the strengthening of the IDF, the Shin Bet, the police and the other security bodies.
- •In addition, we will work resolutely for regular conscription in line with the IDF's needs.
- •We will work to restore trust in the defense establishment, to ensure it operates with responsibility and professionalism, and to prevent political influence and interests on the system's functioning.
- •To that end: we will fortify the independence of the defense establishment and the professionalism of its decision-making processes, ensure worthy appointments to key positions, and make sure the system's senior officials work out of professional responsibility and for the security of the state, not out of the political interests of whoever appointed them.
