Transportation and infrastructure

•A metropolitan transport authorities law: efficient, accessible public transit that also runs on weekends where local authorities choose

•A binding, funded climate law and a national climate-risk management system, with sector targets for energy, transport, industry and construction
•An advanced waste law and an economic regulator for the waste sector so most waste is no longer landfilled, and a funded program led by COGAT to end waste burning in Judea and Samaria
•Ending routine operation of coal units 1–4 at Orot Rabin, and accelerating the shift to renewables and storage
•Accelerating the removal of petrochemical industry from Haifa Bay
•Restoring the "zero added risk" policy for the Gulf of Eilat, shrinking the Dead Sea concession and requiring the concessionaire to remediate past damage, and protecting Israel's coasts
•Entrenching ecological corridors, new nature reserves and national parks, a national plan to restore streams and protect biodiversity, and a target of 70% shade cover on sidewalks
