- •One national authority for public diplomacy, public relations, strategic communications and influence, which will unite the Israeli effort in the face of world public opinion.
- •We will establish a 24/7 international media channel that will address first and foremost audiences in the Middle East in Arabic, and later also in Persian, Turkish and other foreign languages.
- •We will establish a national intelligence apparatus that will monitor the arena of influence and perception 24/7, identify coordinated disinformation, bot networks and hostile influence operations and warn of them in real time.
- •We will establish a national messaging war room that will translate intelligence and insights from the field into action: messages, global campaigns, content and public-relations materials tailored to different target audiences in Israel and around the world.
- •We will establish a permanent national press office that will be the address of the international media in Israel and will work with it continuously, in routine and in emergency.
- •We will establish, for the first time, a reserve of civilian spokespeople and ambassadors of Israel – people of culture, hi-tech, medicine, sports, academia, influencers, opinion leaders and representatives of Jewish communities around the world – who will undergo professional training and be ready to act in routine and in emergency.
- •We will build a permanent international network of ambassador-partners for Israel – journalists, influencers, commentators, artists, academics, religious and social leaders, official bodies and opinion leaders around the world.
- •We will establish a national legal-political arm that will act proactively through legal tools against delegitimization campaigns, boycotts, defamation, antisemitism and support for terror against Israel and Israelis around the world by hostile state and civilian actors and international bodies.
- •We will finally establish the National Center for the Memory and Heritage of October 7 – a permanent home for documentation, research, commemoration and the true story of that day for future generations.
- •We will establish the "Israel on Screen" fund at NIS 250 million, alongside a tax-benefits and incentives program that will attract international film and television productions to Israel and encourage Israeli creation that speaks to the world.

- •In parallel, we will introduce debate, public-diplomacy and advocacy studies into the education system, in order to build from the classroom the next generation that knows how to present Israel, speak to a camera, face arguments against it and tell the Israeli story with confidence in every arena and on every platform.
