- •Regulating powers and dividing responsibility among the IDF, the police and civilian bodies, and creating a unified command in the seam-line communities.
- •Supervision and control of firearm holders: improving how supervision and control processes are managed and adapting them to the current number of firearm holders. Improving the flow of information among internal-security, health and welfare bodies to identify dangerousness.

- •Kachol Lavan sees strengthening the blue police force as a central national task in Israel's internal security.
- •A dedicated, aggressive legislative package against organized crime: from regulating the use of spyware under judicial supervision against organized crime, the "big search" law, stopping "incriminated" tenders, enforcing weapons offenses, regulating biometrics, the government forfeiture law, to tough regulation of security-guard organizations ("protection").
- •A program for "threatened witnesses" and expanded resources for the Witness Protection Authority, to bring down the crime organizations.
- •Kachol Lavan is committed to making internal security in Arab society a first-rank national issue, both out of responsibility for the lives of Israel's Arab citizens and as an integral part of the security and resilience of the whole country.
- •Proactive publication of crime data by the Ministry of Internal Security.

- •We will strengthen the handling of sex offenses throughout the proceeding, from the initial investigation to the full course of justice.
- •We will advance abolishing the statute of limitations for sex offenses committed against minors and work to promote dedicated adjudication frameworks for sex offenses.
- •We will increase the number of investigators with dedicated training in handling sex offenses.

- •Formulating and implementing a multi-system national program against violence against women, combining prevention, early detection, enforcement, treatment and rehabilitation.
- •Recognizing economic violence in law and providing legal tools to protect victims.
- •Expanding protection systems for women at risk, including strengthening responses for women threatened with severe violence.
- •Toughening the response to the use of date-rape drugs, by strengthening enforcement and punishment.
- •Expanding education for healthy sexuality, violence prevention and respectful relationships, in the education system and in informal education frameworks.
