• •At Yashar! we are committed to making Israel a place where, within a decade, young people do not need their parents to "make ends meet"; a state that realizes the potential of its citizens and reduces the cost of living; a state in which the periphery is not a distant outpost but an independent economic center. Duties = Rights

• •We will place the working middle class, young people and those who serve at the center of economic policy. We will set a clear criterion: government aid and support mechanisms, housing benefits and daycare subsidies will be prioritized for reservists and for working and productive families - before everyone else.
• •We will change the tax laws so that tax credit points and benefits reward those who bear the economic and security burden, and we will ensure that work always pays more than a benefit. The equation is simple: whoever contributes is rewarded.
• •This is not only a new contract between the citizen and the state, but a real economic incentive for long-term change and for the integration of all sectors into the labor market.

An Uncompromising Fight Against the Cost of Living

• •We will abolish import barriers and Israel-specific standards that have no justification, and open the market to parallel imports. We will work to break the power of the concentrated groups in the food and consumer markets while preserving and encouraging Israeli agriculture.
• •We will advance reforms in kashrut and in the import of kosher products, advance efficiency measures and structural decentralization in the concentrated sectors of the economy, work to reduce the bureaucratic burden and its cost for producers and importers, and remove barriers to the entry of foreign companies and additional players.
• •We will eradicate the crime and protection money that choke small businesses and raise the cost of living.
• •The fight against the cost of living is a continuous struggle, involving many structural and targeted reforms, in all areas of life (housing, food, water, energy, health, leisure, clothing and footwear, transportation, communication, furniture and maintenance, and more). It requires systematic and planned work that includes dozens of reforms that Yashar! intends to carry out.

Reducing Taxes Alongside a War on Black Money

• •We will reduce income tax by imposing taxes on products with clearly negative effects, such as disposable utensils and sweetened drinks. We will change the rules of benefits so that property tax discounts, tax exemptions and allowances are granted according to socioeconomic status after exhausting earning capacity only - not according to sectoral affiliation.
• •We will declare war on black money: we will require real-time digital reporting of large transactions, dramatically reduce the use of cash, and deploy AI tools to expose fictitious invoices. The money collected from evaders will return directly to the public through investment in core services.

High-Tech and AI as the Locomotive of the Economy

• •We will restore the trust of the high-tech sector through legislation that will ensure the independence of the justice system and ensure the protection of intellectual property, so that Israel remains a safe haven for entrepreneurship and foreign investment. We will help establish local computing centers (Data Centers) and create technological sovereignty that will give real computing power to Israeli start-ups.
• •We will embed AI as part of digitization processes in the public service and shorten queues and bureaucratic procedures - directly, without intermediaries.

We Will Rehabilitate the Public Service

• •We will put an end to the era of mediocrity and scheming - we will clean the public service of appointments of cronies and return it to the best professionals, with measurable goals and full transparency. We will close unnecessary ministries and streamline the structure of the government.
• •Education and health are not just a budget item. They are the service that the public is entitled to from its tax money, and we will ensure that the public receives full value: quality, technological education, physical and mental rehabilitation after years of war, and systems that see the citizen.

Education as the Primary Axis

• •We will advance a deep reform of the education system - the critical infrastructure for Israel's economy twenty years from now. We will give budget priority to state institutions that teach core subjects, ensure that every child leaves with the tools to integrate into the modern labor market, and enable both parents to work through a reform in early childhood education. A Huge Investment in Infrastructure and Rehabilitation

• •We will make sure to carry out the rehabilitation of war damage - not only as a moral and value-based duty, but as an investment in the economic strength of the South and the North as sought-after centers for residence and growth.
• •We will upgrade infrastructure and government services in these areas, move to an execution model with incentives for contractors for meeting timelines, and directly fund the fortification of buildings and the rehabilitation of neighborhoods where market forces are not sufficient. We will also create a protective envelope for farmers who bore the heavy burden throughout two and a half years of fighting.
• •In transportation - we will advance the completion of a high-speed rail network that will connect the periphery to the center, and accelerate the establishment of a metro and light rail in the metropolitan areas, because connecting the periphery is a national growth engine.
• •In housing - we will leverage the need for fortification as an engine of urban renewal, flood the market with new apartments and impose a tax on land that is not being advanced for construction.

Stopping the "Brain Drain" and Encouraging Aliyah

• •We will work to stop the brain drain from Israel and to bring new immigrants to the country.
