- •Yisrael Beiteinu will act with a policy of zero tolerance toward criminal and nationalist terror, and will give priority to the fight against organized and agricultural crime, illegal weapons, drugs, violence, public corruption, invasions of state land and illegal construction.
- •When the next government is formed, we will demand the internal security portfolio and work to appoint MK Hamad Amar as minister.
- •Drafting and implementing a national plan to strengthen the Israel Police at a scale of NIS 3 billion, including 3,000 additional officers: 1,000 for the Negev, 1,000 for the north and 1,000 for municipal police stations, with an emphasis on the mixed cities.
- •Reinforcing the manpower of the State Attorney's Office and the court system, alongside strengthening investigation, intelligence and technology capabilities.
- •Toughening the penalties for harming minors and helpless persons.
- •Setting up a national headquarters to fight organized crime, which will bring together the work of the Israel Police, the Shin Bet, the State Attorney's Office, the Tax Authority and the cyber and technology units.
- •Using the tools applied against terror organizations, including advanced intelligence gathering, surveillance measures, administrative detentions and systematic damage to the economic infrastructure of the crime organizations.
- •Giving the head of the Investigations and Intelligence Division the authority to declare a group of offenders a crime organization, so that the enforcement tools can be applied against it broadly and immediately.
- •Setting up dedicated courts for organized and agricultural crime in the north and the south, and appointing dedicated prosecutors and judges, for fast and determined handling of cases.
- •Hitting the funding sources of the crime organizations through forfeiture of property and funds, combined economic enforcement and a fight against money laundering, smuggling, drug trafficking and protection-money extortion.
- •Expanding the insurance and economic response for businesses and farmers harmed by protection-money extortion, and giving government backing that lets them continue their operations.
- •Setting up a safety net or insurance fund to compensate farmers and victims of protection-money extortion.
- •Turning the government pilot for compensating protection-extortion victims, which was advanced following the five hearings Avigdor Lieberman convened in the Economy Committee, into a comprehensive national solution.
- •Strengthening security on campuses across the country and ensuring the safety of students and staff.
- •Imposing deterrent sanctions for incitement against the state or the raising of enemy flags on campus grounds.
- •Setting up dedicated district headquarters in the Ministry of National Security to fight agricultural and nationalist crime.
- •Toughening the Penal Law and adapting it to the fight against agricultural crime, similar to the arrangements set to prevent sand theft.

- •Under the platform: a ₪1 billion investment over five years in artificial intelligence, including building physical infrastructure; and a ₪1 billion investment in national labs and advanced research infrastructure, with grants conditional on cooperation between academia and industry
- •Under the platform: a safety net for the self-employed, together with the state. Each self-employed person could voluntarily set aside part of their income each month in a dedicated fund and the state would add the same amount; the money would be available in cases of unemployment, illness or emergency, and unused funds would be added to their pension savings
- •Under the platform: a more efficient public sector. A citizen feedback system rating service quality in government ministries with the ratings published, pay based on excellence instead of seniority, and voluntary retirement in posts that became redundant without refilling them
