Security and foreign policy

•The strategic alliance with the United States is a central anchor of national security. We will preserve its bipartisan character, strengthen security, intelligence, economic and technological cooperation to maintain Israel's qualitative military edge (QME), and advance the next security memorandum of understanding.
•Israel will act with the United States and the moderate states of the region to contain Iran and its proxies and to expand cooperation in air defense, intelligence, cyber and security.
•We will work to widen the Abraham Accords, advance normalization with Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and other Arab and Muslim states, and deepen relations with Egypt and Jordan.
•Israel will work toward a reality in which Lebanon and Syria are not a base for an Iranian foothold or for terror activity. We will work for security arrangements that protect Israel's borders, while strengthening ties with moderate elements, including the Druze and the Kurds.
•Israel will work to strengthen local defense industries, expand production capacity, diversify supply chains and reduce dependence on strategic components imported from abroad.
•We will strengthen the Foreign Ministry and the national public-diplomacy apparatus, and set up an upgraded national awareness apparatus that creates clear coordination and division of responsibility among government bodies, the IDF and the security services, making full use of each body's advantages and capabilities.

•We will also work for recognition of the variety of streams in Judaism and for freedom of religion and worship in Israel, alongside encouraging aliyah, the return of Israelis and keeping ties with Jews and Israelis living abroad.
