Limiting the prime minister's tenure to 7-8 years, a broadly-agreed Basic Law on Legislation, tightening the conditions for dissolving the Knesset, and a systematic fight against organized-crime and protection rackets.

Religion and state

A Jewish and democratic state that strengthens settlement and encourages immigration, an open and tolerant "Beit Hillel" approach to Judaism, and expanding local authorities' power to shape Shabbat's character in their own jurisdiction.

Education / health and welfare

On education: strengthening public education and teachers' standing, and learning adapted to the 21st century. On health: a plan to improve physicians' and nursing staff's standing and increase their numbers.
