- •Before joining any government we will demand that a service-for-all framework be passed.
Security and foreign policy
- •We will not allow the establishment of a Palestinian state that would threaten Israel, and we will strengthen lawful settlement.
- •We will work to strengthen settlement in the Negev, the Galilee, the Jordan Valley and lawful settlement in Judea and Samaria.
Religion and state
- •We will give local authorities powers in the area of religion and state so that they suit each community.
- •We will allow civil marriages to be registered in Israel.
Judiciary and governance
- •We will legislate a law limiting the prime minister's term to two terms.
- •We will advance a legal reform by agreement that includes reforms to improve and streamline the work of the courts, the prosecution and the bodies that oversee them.
- •We will reduce the number of government ministries.
- •We will carry out a comprehensive reform of the public service and remove barriers that limit the Israeli economy.
- •We will strengthen local government and devolve powers to it, with emphasis on economic, educational and infrastructure matters.
- •We will set up a state commission of inquiry into the October 7 failure.
- •Kachol Lavan will be part only of a Zionist, cross-bloc government.
Education
- •We will entrench state education that also includes core-curriculum (Liba) studies for every pupil, and advance a comprehensive reform of the education system.
Housing
- •We will advance a program for serving couples as a solution to the housing crisis.
