Recruitment and service

•Everyone serves: secular, religious, Haredi, Jews, Arabs and Druze.
•The IDF chooses first whom to enlist and everyone else goes to civilian service.
•Quotas for exemptions instead of enlistment targets.
•Personal sanctions on everyone, dealing with the individual and not the yeshivas.
•Combat soldiers receive more: differential and increasing compensation.
•Setting up a national directorate to direct service tracks.
•Up to 100 reserve days in routine times over three years, for operational duty and training.
•Adding tens of thousands of reserve and regular-service posts so that the limit on length of service can be met without harming the mission.
•Sending call-up orders at least 3 months before reserve service.
•At the end of every extended operational deployment, every reservist will receive at least 5 days of refreshment at home after debriefing and before returning to work.
•A further reserve call-up will be made half a year after the previous one ends.
•A significant exception will be possible only with the approval of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee.
•Free education from birth, with priority for active reservists who serve extensively.
•Admission to academia for combat soldiers on tracks without the psychometric exam, conditional on passing grades for the second year.
•Less tax: income tax, state fees and municipal property tax.

•Free land, or the value of land, for combat reservist families, in national-priority areas.
•An advantage in state housing tenders.
