Orot HaShachar proposes a more proactive, offensive security doctrine, a gradual annulment of the Oslo Accords, keeping territory captured in future confrontations under Israeli control, and gradually reducing the Palestinian police's force and weapons.

Cost of living and economy

Orot HaShachar proposes opening markets to competition and reducing taxation and barriers, alongside strengthening local production and agriculture. The platform also includes anti-monopoly measures, dissolving the water and sewage corporations, and reducing intermediary gaps in food marketing.

Democracy and the judiciary

Orot HaShachar proposes an eight-year term limit for senior public positions, changes and oversight in the justice system, reducing nepotism and bureaucracy, and faster tracks for handling legal proceedings.

Religion and state

Orot HaShachar proposes letting local authorities decide on public transit on Shabbat, preserving conversion according to Jewish law, and reexamining the kashrut supervision system.

Education / health and welfare

On education: proposes changing teacher training and improving teacher pay, strengthening core studies and education toward partnership, respect and privacy, alongside opposing mid-year strikes. On health: addresses making the health system more accessible to the elderly and proposes a commission of inquiry into classified COVID-era documents; no broad health-system reform plan is presented.
