Strengthening Israeli democracy: settling the relationship between branches of government, enacting a Basic Law of Legislation, aiming for a consensus constitution, and limiting the prime minister's term and the number of ministers — alongside a strong, independent judiciary.

Adopting a constitution based on the Declaration of Independence, a state commission of inquiry into October 7, an 8-year prime-ministerial term limit, and settling judicial review and the Basic Laws while pursuing broad consensus.

Entrenching civil and social rights in Basic Laws, legislating a Basic Law on Legislation, and repealing the judicial-overhaul laws.

Adopting a written constitution, term-limiting the prime minister, barring an indicted person from forming a government, and opposing both the "French law" and the override clause.

Supports increasing elected officials' influence over judicial appointments, restricting the Supreme Court's power to strike down laws, and a regular-majority override clause. Also proposes splitting the attorney general's role, making legal advice to the government non-binding, and abolishing the reasonableness standard for government and ministerial decisions.

Limiting the prime minister's tenure to 7-8 years, a broadly-agreed Basic Law on Legislation, tightening the conditions for dissolving the Knesset, and a systematic fight against organized crime and protection rackets.

A three-stage law-enforcement reform — data-driven policing, hard deadlines for investigation and indictment, and strict minimum sentencing for gun and repeat offenders — modeled on American programs (CompStat, the Speedy Trial Act, Three Strikes). Doesn't address the Supreme Court, the attorney general, or the judicial selection committee.
