Recruitment and service A "National Service for All" law: a service duty (military or civil-national) for every citizen, including Haredim and Arabs, run through an independent service authority — with a tiered benefits system for those who serve and criminal penalties for evaders. Security and foreign policy The northern rehabilitation plan commits to completing protection (shelters/reinforcement) in the north by 2030. الجريمة والأمن الشخصي A national emergency plan against organized crime and eroding governability: a national cabinet led by the prime minister, empowering the police, and a focused fight against protection rackets, public corruption, and digital crime. Economy and cost of living A national economic strategy built on the principle "those who serve and work get priority": tax reform rewarding contribution, a fight against the cost of living and the black-market economy, and major investment in rebuilding the north and south. Religion and state The party has no dedicated religion-and-state plan, but two of its plans include positions on the topic. Its immigrant-absorption plan commits to institutionalizing civil partnership, respectful conversion processes, and giving local authorities and communities more independence to shape Shabbat in the public sphere; its local-government plan commits to transferring management of religious services from religious councils to local authorities, to city rabbis chosen by the local council, and to each authority shaping its own Shabbat by a special-majority council decision and a public-participation process. Separately, its National Service for All law includes a deferral quota for yeshiva students (see Recruitment). Judiciary and governance Strengthening Israeli democracy: settling the relationship between branches of government, enacting a Basic Law of Legislation, aiming for a consensus constitution, and limiting the prime minister's term and the number of ministers — alongside a strong, independent judiciary. Education State education law as a binding standard for every student and every publicly funded institution: a uniform national core curriculum, a state-Haredi integration track, and decentralizing authority to local governments and school principals. Health A national plan for post-trauma recovery and building national resilience after October 7 and the war: regional rehabilitation authorities, accessible support for every citizen, and continuous support for discharged soldiers and bereaved families. In addition, the "Yashar! for Health" plan (Oct. 15, 2026) covers strategic planning for the system, narrowing periphery-center gaps, stronger community medicine and bringing doctors back from abroad. Housing Two parts: Yashar's housing plan (coordinating the planning bodies and speeding up building permits, urban renewal, long-term rental and sheltered housing, with priority for those who serve), and the youth plan: a fair rental market with price transparency, brokerage fees taken off renters, and benefits for young couples. Transportation and infrastructure Completing a high-speed rail network connecting the periphery to the center of the country, transport projects connecting the Galilee and the confrontation line to the center, and directing public-transit subsidies to young people and those who serve. Society and welfare The welfare policy the party has published focuses on senior citizens: raising old-age pensions for people on low incomes with a permanent mechanism to preserve their value, proactive delivery of entitlements, a program against loneliness run through local authorities, a national council for senior citizens, and regulating and supervising housing frameworks. Other party plans also include budgeting for social services for the LGBTQIA community, a social safety net for the self-employed, benefits for servicemembers and reservists, long-term-care insurance and rehabilitation administrations. Gender Equality & Women's Rights A dedicated party plan, "Yashar! for Women and Gender Equality": a national headquarters against violence against women, narrowing pay gaps, strengthening the National Authority for the Advancement of the Status of Women, and women's representation in religious services. Other party plans (LGBTQIA community, self-employed, homeland security) also address the topic. The party's plan page states: "Yashar!'s Knesset slate is egalitarian - 50% women, 50% men." Separately — as a factual note, not a stated position: on the official candidate list filed with the Central Elections Committee (2026-09-07), 10 of the first 20 slots are held by women — the list's composition itself, distinct from a declared policy. التنمية الإقليمية والمناطق الطرفية A plan to rebuild the north and help it prosper: about ₪15 billion over 5 years (about ₪6 billion of it for protection), tax benefits for businesses and northern communities, and regional education and health measures. In addition, the party's culture plan commits to ensuring access to culture in the periphery. الهجرة إلى إسرائيل والاستيعاب A national goal of one million immigrants in the first decade and another million by 2048, alongside a unified absorption system (a "one-stop shop") from first contact abroad through full integration: faster degree recognition, stronger ulpanim, and language access to public services. الزراعة والأمن الغذائي Anchoring agriculture as a strategic sector and a multi-year food-security plan, shifting from indirect protections to direct, transparent support for farmers and breaking up concentration in the food market. الثقافة A multi-year path to raising the culture budget, rebuilding cultural institutions hit by the war, a government support fund for artists, protecting the independence of the professional culture councils, and restoring the state's official prizes. Environment and climate A dedicated party plan, "Yashar! for the Environment": a climate law, renewable energy, water-economy resilience, regulating the waste economy, rehabilitating contaminated land, protecting the marine environment and biodiversity, and evacuating the Haifa Bay industry. The party's infrastructure and living-space planning plans also address environmental issues.
