Enlistment and equal burden-sharing

A "National Service for All" law — mandatory IDF or civil-national service for all citizens, including Haredim and Arabs; those who serve get priority in benefits, and evaders lose benefits and face criminal charges.

Security, Gaza, and the war

The northern rehabilitation plan commits to completing protection (shelters/reinforcement) in the north by 2030.

Cost of living and economy

Taxation that rewards those who serve and work, a fight against the cost of living and the black-market economy, and a ₪20 billion investment in reservists and their families over three years.

Democracy and the judiciary

Adopting a constitution in the spirit of the Declaration of Independence, a Basic Law of Legislation, limiting the prime minister to two terms and capping the number of ministers, alongside a strong, independent, and accountable judiciary.

Religion and state

No dedicated religion-and-state plan was published, but the party's immigrant-absorption plan ("Yashar! for Aliyah Integration") commits to institutionalizing civil partnership, respectful conversion processes, and more independence for local authorities and communities to shape Shabbat in the public sphere.

Education / health and welfare

In education: a mandatory national core curriculum and a state-Haredi standard for all publicly funded institutions. In health: the "Yashar! for Health" plan (Oct. 15, 2026) — forward-looking strategic planning for the health system, narrowing the gaps between the periphery and the center, more medical staff and bringing doctors back from abroad, stronger community and preventive medicine, digitization and artificial intelligence, and investment in mental health and rehabilitation; alongside it, a national plan for post-trauma recovery and mental resilience after the war, and, in the senior-citizens plan, nursing, geriatric and community care for older people. In welfare: raising old-age pensions for people on low incomes.
