Религия и государство

•Conversion without a queue: supporting state Orthodox conversion according to Jewish law alongside giving conversion authority to community rabbis, and a track adapted for soldiers and for immigrants who made aliyah under the Law of Return, maintaining a halakhic standard and without the Chief Rabbinate's monopoly

•Eligible immigrants will be able to join the national housing program, which includes long-term rental apartments at a 30% discount from the market price

•Aging with dignity and not alone: leisure and volunteering projects, encouraging authorities to set up community centers at an accessible price, government employment targets and incentives for employers, and expanded digital-literacy training, with an emphasis on the immigrant population
•Linking the old-age allowance to the change in the average wage instead of the consumer price index, a differential increase in allowances for about 350,000 senior citizens with income below NIS 10,000, so that those with the lowest incomes get the largest increase and their allowance is doubled, and wider eligibility for arnona and electricity discounts for senior citizens
•A national program to fight loneliness that will combine community, health and welfare responses

•One address for every immigrant: a digital and human service system that will gather the absorption procedures across government ministries and authorities, an "ask once" principle, tracking of application status and binding timelines
•Working in one's profession: significantly shortening the recognition of degrees, professional training and experience gained abroad, professional Hebrew studies with training and placement, and connecting immigrants to professions in shortage, including medicine, engineering and teaching
•Young immigrants: training and job-placement tracks, expanded aid to immigrant students, information and services for immigrant parents in the education system, and NIS 10 million for art, culture and theater projects dedicated to immigrants
•Lone soldiers: simple realization of the benefits under the Serving Law, expanded aid in higher education and professional training, living stipends for discharged lone soldiers and a continuum of support from military service to civilian life
•Bringing minds back: expanding the "returnees desk" model into a national effort to bring Israelis back and encourage aliyah of talented professionals, including support with licensing, employment and family absorption

•NIS 10 million for art, culture and theater projects dedicated to immigrants (within the aliyah-absorption plan)
