Adopting a constitution based on the Declaration of Independence, a state commission of inquiry into October 7, an 8-year limit on the prime minister's tenure, and settling judicial review while pursuing broad consensus.

Religion and state

The conscription law will apply to all young people; state education will be the only publicly-funded education stream, teaching every Israeli child a core curriculum — without forcing anyone, but without funding those who opt out either.

Education / health and welfare
