Призыв и служба

•Daycare subsidies for reservist parents — ₪3,750 a month for combat soldiers, ₪3,000 for combat support and ₪1,000 for everyone who serves and works — and free after-school programs and summer camps for reservists' children
•An independent status and direct rights vis-à-vis the state for the spouses and partners of reservists (including unmarried couples and couples without children) and for the parent carrying the burden (also in divorce, separation and shared parenting), with payments and reimbursements transferred directly to their own bank accounts
•Allocating resources and support by the "traffic-light model" of the reservists' spouses forum, a personal load index weighing the length and continuity of service, its nature, and the complexity of the family unit, and appointing a senior dedicated official in the Defense Ministry responsible for families' rights
•Protecting spouses' livelihoods: employment targets in the civil service, priority in government and local-authority tenders for employers that employ a significant share of reservists' spouses and partners, an annual index publishing the share of reservists and of their partners among employees in companies above a threshold to be set, and expanded job protection

•An "Ask Once" model: consolidating all rights and information in one place and an automatic system that identifies what each family is entitled to, so information the state already holds is not requested again, alongside a reservist-families coordinator in every local authority
•Automatic eligibility for rights with a monetary value as soon as the call-up order is received, instead of reimbursement after the fact (for example, babysitter payments transferred when the order arrives)
•Expanding the compensation track for self-employed people whose spouses or partners serve, using a transparent formula that also recognizes the business's recovery period after service, regardless of activity tier, with payment sent directly to them
