Per the Central Elections Committee, the list "Tnuat Achi, the movement of the late Rabbi Yoram Abergel" was submitted by the registered party "Chozrim LaShorashim" and its number 1 is Yuval Almalech; the website calls Sari Alafim "head of the movement".
