Recruitment and service The "Servicemembers' Law": those who serve get benefits — up to ₪1M toward a home, daycare subsidies, 50% off bills, and state-funded public transit and higher education — while those who don't serve stop receiving the funds that encourage draft evasion. The service law will apply to all young people. In addition, the party's reservists'-families plan proposes an independent status and direct rights vis-à-vis the state for reservists' spouses and partners. Security and foreign policy From containment to decisive outcomes: a large, proactive army, an ultimatum for Hamas to disarm, reversing the equation with Iran, and normalization with key countries. Crime and Personal Security Treating organized crime as a national-security threat, a national operation to collect illegal weapons, and restoring law and order in the Negev. Economy and cost of living Competition as the way to lower the cost of living: breaking up monopolies, opening the market to imports and recognizing international kashrut to cut food prices by 30% within three years — alongside a safety net for the self-employed, a fast track for building hotels, and running government by measurable targets. Together's high-tech plan adds an AI and Technology Ministry, national computing infrastructure, support for professionals returning to Israel (a returnees desk, less bureaucracy, fixing double taxation and recognizing professional experience) and a green track for setting up a start-up. Religion and state "Jewish identity yes, religious coercion no": ending the Rabbinate's exclusivity — a civil union, recognizing international kashrut and conversion by community rabbis too — Shabbat public transit decided by each local authority, and public funding only for institutions teaching a 100% core curriculum. Judiciary and governance Adopting a constitution based on the Declaration of Independence, a state commission of inquiry into October 7, an 8-year limit on the prime minister's tenure, and settling judicial review and the Basic Laws while pursuing broad consensus — alongside entrenching the right to equality in a Basic Law. Education A national rescue plan: a ₪12,000 starting salary for teachers, moving most powers to local authorities and principals, "100% core curriculum or 0% funding," a shared core set by a national education council, and a subsidized, supervised early-childhood system from birth. Health A plan to cut waiting times and bring care closer to home: dozens of community health centers, leading hospitals in the north and south, medical workforce planning and bringing doctors back from abroad, doubling investment in preventive medicine, and using AI. Housing A structural overhaul of the housing market: 100,000 long-term rental apartments (40% subsidized), urban renewal in half the time, moving planning to local authorities with building permits within 3 months, and ₪1 million toward a home for active reservists. Transportation and infrastructure Together's transportation plan: about 200 km of new public-transit lanes, faster metro and rail, simpler fares, professional management and decentralization to metropolitan authorities, and safer roads. Society and welfare A safety net for vulnerable groups: linking the old-age pension to the average wage and doubling it for the poorest, fixing long-term care, more support for Holocaust survivors, keeping 60% of disability benefits after going to work, and a national rehabilitation directorate for wounded soldiers. In addition, under the party's reservists'-families plan, automatic eligibility and wider compensation for self-employed partners of reservists. Gender Equality & Women's Rights A dedicated, broad plan: a 50% target for women in senior civil-service and government-company board roles, closing the pay gap, tackling the "motherhood penalty" and introducing paternity leave, defining the fight against domestic violence and violence against women as a top police priority with a fixed ₪250M/year budget, and eliminating the statute of limitations for sex crimes against minors. Regional Development & Periphery Strengthening the periphery by law: a frontline law through 2035 with benefits scaled by proximity to the border, a Kiryat Shmona law with a tax-free zone, a goal of a million more Israelis in the periphery within a decade, and developing recognized Negev towns. Aliyah & Integration Together's aliyah-absorption plan: one address for every immigrant and an "ask once" principle, faster recognition of foreign degrees and experience, support for young immigrants and lone soldiers, and bringing minds back; and, under its diaspora plan, a Diaspora Jewry Council with a permanent representative in the Knesset. Agriculture & Food Security As part of the cost-of-living plan: shifting from tariffs to direct government support for farmers and investment in innovation, so Israeli agriculture can compete with imports. Culture Together proposes a NIS 10 million budget for art, culture and theatre projects aimed at new immigrants, as part of its aliyah absorption plan. Environment and climate A binding, funded climate law, a waste-sector reform, ending routine coal use at Orot Rabin, moving petrochemical industry out of Haifa Bay, and protecting the Gulf of Eilat, the Dead Sea, the coasts and open spaces.
