Recruitment and service

•Raising pay for all compulsory-service soldiers by 15%, and by 50% for combat soldiers in their third year of service

•Putting young people who serve at the top of national priorities and adapting the state's economic-aid mechanisms (housing benefits, daycare subsidies, and tax benefits) to support and reward them
•A program to bring young people who are not working, studying, or in training into employment, education, and training, through dedicated local-authority units and national targets
•A personal "launch account" for young people: one place showing the funds and entitlements available to them on entering adult life, including the Savings for Every Child plan, the discharge grant, and the personal deposit

•Adapting higher education to the younger generation: modular learning and "micro-credentials" alongside work, and paid internship programs with employers
•Expanding eligibility for the "Mimadim LeLimudim" scholarship to everyone who served, at a tiered rate, paid automatically and directly to the institution
•A standard support package for students serving in the reserves: subsidized tutoring and make-up classes, exam postponement, retaking courses, and a high minimum payment for each reserve day
•Practical training for young people in financial literacy and their rights: payslips, pensions and study funds, workplace rights, credit, capital markets, and taxation

•Continuing mental-health support and treatment for every discharged soldier for as long as needed, and rehabilitation and support services close to home in partnership with local authorities

•Collecting and publishing rental prices (from leases gathered through local authorities) and purchase prices, anonymized and grouped by street or neighborhood
•A legislative fix closing the loophole that lets brokerage fees be charged to renters, plus a dedicated unit at the Consumer Protection Authority to supervise brokers
•Accessible, subsidized legal help for young renters and new immigrants at the local level, and fast tracks for resolving rental disputes (arbitration and an expedited small-claims track)
•Benefits for young working and serving couples buying a first home to live in

•Updating public-transit fares and restoring fairness to subsidies, so that young people and those who serve, public transit's main users, receive the benefits
