Безопасность и внешняя политика

•Adopting the Sovereign AI model in the defense establishment as well and integrating AI across the combat cycle, from data fusion and shorter decision times to decision-support systems and autonomous capabilities, and turning Israeli AI capabilities into a diplomatic asset through international partnerships in computing, energy, research and industry

•Blue-and-white technological sovereignty: significantly expanding sovereign computing power, cloud, energy and data infrastructure, strengthening chip and quantum capabilities, developing the field of Physical AI and a national adaptation lab for global and open-source models
•Human capital for the AI era: doubling the number of Core AI experts in Israel, expanding tracks for excellence and research, bringing minds back home and a national upskilling program for workers in rapidly changing sectors
•Enabling, risk-based regulation: experimentation, pilots and rapid implementation, with human oversight, risk assessments, audits and recertification for high-risk systems, alongside protection of privacy, data and civil resilience against deepfakes, disinformation and AI-based fraud

•An AI government: the government as the central engine of AI adoption in Israel, automating core processes, converting citizen services to AI models, and acting as a major customer of Israel's AI industry through fast procurement, sandboxes, government data and incentives for implementation

•AI literacy in the education system, as part of a full human-capital pipeline for the AI era
