•Blue-and-white technological sovereignty: significantly expanding sovereign computing power, cloud, energy and data infrastructure, strengthening chip and quantum capabilities, developing the field of Physical AI and a national adaptation lab for global and open-source models
•Human capital for the AI era: doubling the number of Core AI experts in Israel, expanding tracks for excellence and research, bringing minds back home and a national upskilling program for workers in rapidly changing sectors
