What is the electoral threshold?
The electoral threshold is the minimum share of the vote a list needs in order to take part in the allocation of Knesset seats. In Knesset elections the threshold is 3.25% of valid votes. A list that does not pass the threshold does not take part in the seat allocation.

How many votes are needed for one seat?
There is no fixed number of votes per seat. The number of votes needed changes in every election, depending on the number of valid votes and on which parties pass the electoral threshold. The final allocation of seats is made using the Bader–Ofer method.

The Joint List (Hadash-Ta'al-Balad) published its full platform "There is another way" in twenty chapters on its official site (jointlist.org.il/he/platform/). The pages print no publication date, so none is shown here. Checked 20.10.2026. The plan to eradicate organized crime and the economic-social plan are two separate detailed documents and are shown as separate programs. Two chapters of the platform ("From racism to full equality" and "From fragmentation to social cohesion") are not shown here by topic, and the chapter "From despair among young people to hope" appears only through its one sentence on conscription (under recruitment).
