  • •Returning the High Court of Justice to its natural purpose – a standing test and restoring the rule that not everything is justiciable. Matters that are not justiciable will be explicitly defined.
  • •Abolishing the "candidate screening course", the tool of the "legal junta" for screening judges.
  • •A reform of the legal leniency toward crime organizations and terrorists. Tougher sentencing and creating deterrence through punishment.
  • •Abolishing the State Attorney's procedure that prevents opening a criminal investigation into offenses such as incitement, sedition and calls for disobedience without prior approval from the prosecution.
