•A ₪12,000 starting salary for teachers and a higher entry bar to the profession
•Moving most decision-making powers from the Education Ministry to local authorities and school principals
•"100% core or 0% funding": public funding only for institutions teaching the full core curriculum, and full core studies for every Haredi pupil from grades 1-12 within 8 years
•A national education council setting a shared core of 60% of studies for all Israeli children, with 20% set by each stream and 20% by the local authority or school
•Introducing AI from first grade, AI tools for personalized teaching, and strengthening STEM
•Zero tolerance for violence, doubling emotional-support budgets, and recruiting more counselors and psychologists
•An extracurricular and youth-movement voucher for every child, and 12th grade as a state-funded preparatory or service year
•Strengthening special education: early diagnosis and intervention and training staff for inclusion — without forcing inclusion or giving up separate frameworks
